How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350F
  • In one "large" bowl mix in dry ingredients
  • In another whisk liquid ingredients together
  • Blend both mixtures together.
  • Fill muffin tins 3/4 full
  • Bake about 25 minutes or golden and firm
  • Cool on rack
  • May freeze these.
  • I make 3 dozen at once but batter can remain in covered bowl in refrigerator for a few weeks.
  • Stir in fruit just before baking
