Ingredients
  • Tomotoes -half a kilo
  • Green chillies-5 nos
  • cooking oil-5 table spoon
  • mustard-1 teaspoon
  • curryleaves-8 leaves
  • asafetodia powder-quarter teaspoon
  • red chilly powder-2 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder-half a teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

Directions
  1. Cut Tomotoes into small pieces
  2. Cut green chillies into small pieces
  3. Put the oil in a kadai [tawa] &heat it.
  4. Put musterd& after splittering mustard put the green cillies
  5. Then put turmeric , Red chilly powder ,salt & tomotoes
  6. Let tomotoes so soft & like a paste
  7. Let the oil come on top
  8. Sprinkle the asofetodia powder & curry leaves& off the stove.
  9. Our Tasty Tomoto Chuttney is ready

Can I replace asofetodia powder for other ingredietn? I don't find it here
