i only fix this at christmas time

Ingredients
  • evoo 2 tblsp
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1-14 oz can whole tomatoes(do not use liquid
  • 1/2 tspn tyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • fresh brussel sprout
  • fresh brocolli
  • fresh cauliflower
  • 1=small box velveeta
  • pepper and salt to taste ( i dont add any salt)

Directions
  1. in a sauce pan add evoo onion tyme and oregano saute 4 minutes
  2. add tomatoes and garlic then on simmer add velveeta till cheese
  3. melts...steam or pressure cook ur veddies and gentily add the sauce to them and serve pepper and salt to your taste
  4. do not over cook ur veggies or fall apart
