Saucy Pork Medallions

- 1 - 1 1/2 pound(s) pork tenderloin shopping list
- 2 teaspoons oil shopping list
- 3 cups frozen peas shopping list
- 1 can (10 ounce) turkey gravy shopping list
- 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing shopping list
- 1 package stuffing mix for chicken, prepared according to package shopping list
How to make it
- Cut pork loin in 3/4" slices.
- Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add pork slices.
- Brown both sides, turning once (5 minutes).
- Stir in peas, gravy and dressing.
- Bring to a boil.
- Spoon prepared stuffing around edge of skillet.
- Cover.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes OR until stuffing is heated through.
