This is a true one pot errrr skillet meal. I would prefer making my own stuffing AND using readily available pork gravy. PS There is also PORK stuffing mix on the grocery shelves.

Ingredients
  • 1 - 1 1/2 pound(s) pork tenderloin
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • 3 cups frozen peas
  • 1 can (10 ounce) turkey gravy
  • 1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 1 package stuffing mix for chicken, prepared according to package

Directions
  1. Cut pork loin in 3/4" slices.
  2. Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork slices.
  4. Brown both sides, turning once (5 minutes).
  5. Stir in peas, gravy and dressing.
  6. Bring to a boil.
  7. Spoon prepared stuffing around edge of skillet.
  8. Cover.
  9. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 minutes OR until stuffing is heated through.
