Apple Glazed Pork Chops

- 4 boneless pork chops, ¾-inch thick shopping list
- 1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper shopping list
- 1 tsp Hy-Vee canola oil shopping list
- 1/4 c. Hy-Vee apple juice shopping list
- 2 tbsp Hy-Vee apple jelly shopping list
- 2 tbsp Hy-Vee Dijon mustard shopping list
How to make it
- Season chops with pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops on one side.
- Turn chops; add apple juice, jelly and mustard to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes.
- Spoon glaze over pork chops; serve.
