- 1 fresh coconut shopping list
- 2 Cups Crushed ice shopping list
- 3 Jiggers light rum shopping list
- 2 Jiggers brandy shopping list
- 1 Jigger maraschino cherry juice shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Pierce coconut eyes,drain and reserve liquid.
- Remove shell,peel off brown skin.
- Coarsely chop the coconut.
- Add milk to reserved liquid to make 2 cups.
- Heat till hot (do not boil).
- Blend coconut and hot liquid in blender container 1 minute.
- Chill.
- In Shaker combine blended mixture,ice,rum,brandy,cherry juice,and sugar.
- Shake well.
- Strain into glasses,garnish with maraschino cherries.
