This is meant to pipe on top of the fudge brownie tartlets I posted, but it is great on cookies, or anything else I can imagine!(If it lasts long enough.... I ate half of this just by itself!)

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
  1. In mixing bowl, beat 1/4 cup butter until smooth
  2. Beat in 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  3. Add 3/4 cup powdered sugar, beating well
  4. Beat in 2 tbsp milk and 1 tsp vanilla
  5. Slowly continue to add in remaining 2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
