How to make it

  • Make stock and pour into measuring jug.
  • Chop onion finely and fry in oil until golden brown and remove from heat.
  • Peel carrot and dice. Shred cabbage.
  • Add carrot, tomatoes and stock to onion and return to the heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Break spaghetti into 5cm pieces and add to the soup 2ith peas and cabbage.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
