How to make it

  • In a shallow dish place the flour.
  • In another shallow dish combine bread crumbs, almonds, cilantro and curry then set aside.
  • In another shallow dish beat together egg and milk then set aside.
  • Cut chicken lengthwise into 1” wide strips.
  • Coat strips with flour then dip in egg mixture and coat with almond mixture.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet then carefully add strips to hot oil.
  • Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes turning once.
  • Drain on paper towels then serve with sauce.
  • To make sauce stir together yogurt, cilantro and honey until well combined.
