Almond Chicken With Yogurt Dipping Sauce

- 1/4 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds shopping list
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- 1-1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1/4 cup cooking oil shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 8 ounce carton plain yogurt shopping list
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro shopping list
- 1 tablespoon honey shopping list
How to make it
- In a shallow dish place the flour.
- In another shallow dish combine bread crumbs, almonds, cilantro and curry then set aside.
- In another shallow dish beat together egg and milk then set aside.
- Cut chicken lengthwise into 1” wide strips.
- Coat strips with flour then dip in egg mixture and coat with almond mixture.
- Heat oil in a large skillet then carefully add strips to hot oil.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes turning once.
- Drain on paper towels then serve with sauce.
- To make sauce stir together yogurt, cilantro and honey until well combined.
