How to make it

  • Chop chicken breasts into cubes.
  • Put in a bowl then add lemon juice, tandoori paste, yogurt, garlic, cilantro and seasoning.
  • Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator 3 hours.
  • Preheat broiler to high then thread alternate pieces of chicken and onion onto four skewers.
  • Brush onions with a little oil then lay skewers on broiler rack and cook 12 minutes turning once.
  • Garnish kebabs with cilantro and serve at once with rice pilaf.
