A distinct blend of star fruit, and Worcestershire sauce make a wonderful tasting steak dinner.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 pounds beef sirloin steak
  • 1 Star fruit, (also called Carambola), cut into 1/3 inch slices
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper, ground

Directions
  1. Add the steak to a medium dish, then cover with Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle with the seasoning salt and ground black pepper (to taste). Surround the steak with the fruit slices. Then, cover and marinate in the refrigerator for about 4 hours, turning steak once during that time.
  2. Preheat an outdoor grill at high heat, and oil grate, lightly.
  3. Cook steak 3-5 minutes (per side) or until its reached desired doneness.
