Ingredients

12 ounces blue cheese

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/3 cup port wine

1 1/2 cups walnuts, finely chopped

Directions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT walnuts in food processor.

Blend until mixture is smooth.

Transfer mixture to a bowl.

Mix in the walnuts until well combined.

Transfer to a crock or serving bowl.

Serve with crackrs OR baguette slices.
