Vegan Menudo Recipe

	Asirame / All my dishes 11 months, 2 weeks ago This dish is my own creation. I love menudo. However it takes forever to cook from scratch. When I became Vegan, I came up with this great alternative. It is really easy & flavorful. Prep:5m Cook:15m Servings:15	Asirame

Ingredients

1 - 6 lb 9 ozCan of Hominy

1 - 28 oz Can of Red Chili Sauce

4 - Bouillon Cubes of Vegetarian Broth

4 - Cups of Hot Water

Directions

Boil water

In a separate glass bowl mix Bouillon Cubes in hot water until completely dissolved.

In a large pot mix all ingredients together

Bring to a boil, stirring periodically.

Ready to serve
