Vegan Menudo

This dish is my own creation. I love menudo. However it takes forever to cook from scratch. When I became Vegan, I came up with this great alternative. It is really easy & flavorful.
Ingredients
- 1 - 6 lb 9 ozCan of hominy shopping list
- 1 - 28 oz Can of red chili sauce shopping list
- 4 - bouillon cubes of Vegetarian broth shopping list
- 4 - Cups of hot water shopping list
How to make it
- Boil water
- In a separate glass bowl mix Bouillon Cubes in hot water until completely dissolved.
- In a large pot mix all ingredients together
- Bring to a boil, stirring periodically.
- Ready to serve
