Ingredients
  • 1/4 lb. Mushrooms
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1/2 Pint hot vegetable stock or salt water

Directions
  1. Chop onions and mushrooms and rapidly fry in oil
  2. Add Flour
  3. Gradually add water or stock until at required consistency
  4. Blend using electric blender or similar
  5. Season as required and serve piping hot
