- olive oil shopping list
- mushrooms shopping list
- 1 large onion shopping list
- 1 aubergine shopping list
- 1 can chickpeas shopping list
- 2 cans tomatoes shopping list
- Good splash of red wine shopping list
- 1 courgette (optional) shopping list
- mixed herbs shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- Pitta bread shopping list
How to make it
- Fry vegetables and mushrooms, onion and garlic in plenty of olive oil
- Add tomatoes and chick peas
- Season to taste and add herbs and wine. Plenty of pepper is advised.
- Cook at a medium heat in a heavy oven proof dish for about an hour.
- Serve with hot pitta bread.
