Rhubarb Crisp Recipe
A quick crisp that can be served with a scoop of ice cream.

Ingredients
  • 4 cups cleaned,diced, fresh rhubarb
  • 2/3 cups white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, not instant
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/3 cup butter

Directions
  1. Mix rhubarb, sugar, orange peel and salt together.
  2. Place in a buttered baking dish.
  3. Combine brown sugar, oatmeal and flour.
  4. Sprinkl on top of the rhubarb.
  5. Top with dots of butter, to your liking.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
  7. Serve warm with frozen yogurt or ice cream.
