Rosemary Roast Potatoes With Garlic

- 10 medium potatoes shopping list
- 4 teaspoons dried rosemary crushed shopping list
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 4 garlic cloves crushed shopping list
How to make it
- Scrub potatoes in their skins and cut into fourths.
- Steam ten minutes then toss in olive oil, rosemary and crushed garlic.
- Place potatoes on a warmed baking tray and roast in hot oven for 30 minutes at 375.
- Serve immediately.
