How to make it

  • Place all ingredient into a marinating dish, a 9x13 glass pyrex pan is great and marinate for about 4 hours or over night.
  • During marinating time, turn over pieces to make sure they are all coated.
  • Pop them on the grill, making sure not to over cook them because the sugar will carmelized quickly. You want them tender and grilled just right about 3-5 mins on each size depending on thickness of ribs.
  • We usually serve this with white rice, and some Korean bean sprout salad. The meat is usually placed on chopped cabbage for serving.
  • Enjoy anyway you like!
