Low Fat Whole Wheat Pancakes

If you are looking for healthy pancakes with flavor, this one is good.
Ingredients
- 2 egg whites shopping list
- 1/3 cup all purpose flour shopping list
- 2/3 cup whole wheat flour shopping list
- 3/4 cup fat free milk shopping list
- 1 T. brown sugar , packed shopping list
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce shopping list
- 3 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat griddle. Spray with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together. Let rest for 30 minutes. Pour onto hot griddle using 1/4 cup measuring cup.When air bubbles pop up,turn over once.
