How to make it

  • Preheat Oven to 450*
  • lightly grease pizza pan with olive oil and lay crust in the pan and push to edges evenly

  • now prepare Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1 Tbsp unsalted Butter
  • 2 Cups heavy cream
  • ¼ Cup Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp chopped Italian parsley
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the cream and bring to a simmer.
  • When the cream has reduced in volume by half - about 8-10 minutes (read; I had two cups, now I have 1 cup) – add the Parmesan and whisk well to incorporate.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste and toss in the Italian parsley

  • when sauce is done cool slightly and then spread onto pizza crust so it is covered but not to thick, then chop your chicken breast into small squares and layer pieces around pizza on top of the sauce next layer the mushrooms and the spinach, then top with the 2 cups of mozzarella cheese bake at 450* for 20 - 25 minutes until crust is lightly brown and cheese has melted.
