Mixed Greens Salad Wcitrus Vinaigrette Dressing

This salad added to any meal or serve alone with cold salad shrimp is awesome.
Ingredients
- Salad shopping list
- 2 bags of mixed greens or the equivalent in fresh mixed greens shopping list
- 1 red pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded and julienned shopping list
- 1 can hearts of palm, sliced ½ in thick shopping list
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced in quarters shopping list
- 1 cup almond slices or slivers, toasted shopping list
- 2 oranges, segmented shopping list
- 8 oz goat cheese, crumbled shopping list
- Citrus vinaigrette shopping list
- ¼ cup orange juice, fresh squeezed shopping list
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice, fresh squeezed shopping list
- ¼ cup red zinfandel vinegar shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 1 – 1 ½ cups extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Salad
- 1. Wash and dry greens.
- 2. Arrange in a chilled bowl.
- 3. Top artfully with remaining ingredients.
- Dressing:
- Place all ingredients except the olive oil in a stainless steel or glass bowl. Whish to combine.
- Slowly whisk in the olive oil until combined.
