How to make it
- Mix cumin and cream cheese till smooth. Add chicken, 1/4 c olives, 1/4 c tomatoes, and 1/4 c salsa.
- Distribute mixture equally onto tortillas, and roll.
- Place into a lightly greased baking dish. (PAM cooking spray is great)
- Top with remaining salsa, olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minute and serve.
