Ingredients
  • Ingredients8 oz fat free cream cheese
  • 12 oz chunk chicken
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 c black olives, sliced
  • 3/4 c tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 c salsa
  • 1/4 c cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 3 flour tortillas

Directions
  1. Mix cumin and cream cheese till smooth. Add chicken, 1/4 c olives, 1/4 c tomatoes, and 1/4 c salsa.
  2. Distribute mixture equally onto tortillas, and roll.
  3. Place into a lightly greased baking dish. (PAM cooking spray is great)
  4. Top with remaining salsa, olives and tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350 for 30 minute and serve.
