Ingredients

4 tablespoons margarine

4 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup milk

3 tablespoons honey

3 cups cooked green peas

Directions

Melt margarine over low heat then slowly add flour and salt then mix well.

Very slowly add milk while stirring constantly then mix thoroughly then add honey.

Mix gently with peas just before serving.
