Speedy Tomato Chick Pea Soup

- 2 cups vegetable stock shopping list
- 28 ounce can tomatoes shopping list
- 1 white onion chopped shopping list
- 1 clove-garlic minced shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon dried sage shopping list
- 1 cup swirl pasta shopping list
- 19 ounce can chickpeas drained and rinsed shopping list
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach shopping list
- 1 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 drop hot pepper sauce shopping list
How to make it
- In large saucepan combine stock and tomatoes breaking up with fork.
- Add onion, garlic and sage then bring to a boil and add pasta.
- Reduce heat to medium low then cover and simmer 7 minutes.
- Add chickpeas and spinach then cover and cook three minutes.
- Stir in pepper and hot pepper then serve immediately.
