How to make it

  • In large saucepan combine stock and tomatoes breaking up with fork.
  • Add onion, garlic and sage then bring to a boil and add pasta.
  • Reduce heat to medium low then cover and simmer 7 minutes.
  • Add chickpeas and spinach then cover and cook three minutes.
  • Stir in pepper and hot pepper then serve immediately.
