Sausage Patties With Fresh Herbs

- 1-1/4 pound ground lean pork shopping list
- 1-1/2 tablespoons minced fresh thyme shopping list
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh sage shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley leaves shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon white pepper shopping list
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine pork, thyme, sage, parsley, salt and white pepper.
- Divide mixture into 18 balls then flatten into patties about 1/2" thick.
- In large skillet heat oil over moderate heat until hot but not smoking.
- Fry patties 5 minutes on each side.
- Drain well and transfer to a serving platter and garnish with sage.
