How to make it

  • Using a rolling pin, crush every Ritz cracker in a Zip-Lock baggie & empty into a bowl to be used as batter when done.
  • Whip 2 eggs & splash of evaporated milk together in bowl for dipping.
  • Cut 4 large chicken breasts into 1 inch cubed pieces & season with the above listed spices.
  • Next, dip them into the batter, egg/milk combo & then batter again.
  • Place into deep fryer or large sauce pan filled with hot oil and fry until golden brown.
