Cheesy Ham Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1- 12 oz. carton of creamed cottage cheese ( or small curd cottage cheese)

1- 3 oz. package of cream cheese softened.

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 eggs

1 cup cut up fully cooked ham

1 cup bisquick baking mix

1/3 cup green onions sliced thinly

1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds ( optional)

2 eggs

Directions

Heat oven to 375

Lightly grease a 9" pie plate

Mix cheeses, 2 eggs and the ham- reserve

Mix baking mix, 2 eggs, green onions and enough milk to make a batter simular in thickness to pancake batter or cake batter.

Beat vigorously 20 strokes.

Spread half of the batter in the bottom of the pie plate

Spoon reserved cheese mixture evenly over the batter.

Carefully spread remaining batter over cheese mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Let stand 5 min. before cutting
