Robust Strawberry Apple Streusel

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1-1/4 pounds sliced and peeled apples shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries thawed shopping list
- 1/4 cup maple syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon and stir until well combined.
- Cut in butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal.
- Cut 4 squares of parchment paper then fold each square in half and open each.
- Place 1 cup apple near fold then sprinkle sugar mixture evenly over apple.
- Top with berries then drizzle syrup evenly over fruit.
- Fold paper and seal edges with narrow folds then place packets on baking sheets.
- Bake at 425 for 8 minutes.
