Broiled Tilapia - AllFreshSeafoodcom Recipe

How to make it

  • MIX 2 tbls. ketchup; 2 teaspoons mustard; onion flakes; salt and pepper to taste. Mix altogether and place on top of fish and place under the broiler (medium high) until fish is done, 10 minutes or so depending on how thick it is. Can top with small amount of cheddar cheese and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top of fish the last minute or so. Very tasty and simple.
