Italian Pasta and Bean Soup

- 1 pound elbow macaroni shopping list
- 30 ounces tomato sauce shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can navy beans shopping list
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 cloves crushed garlic shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Sauté garlic and oregano in olive oil over medium heat for 30 seconds but do not brown.
- Add tomato sauce, broth, beans, salt and pepper them simmer 10 minutes.
- Cook pasta according to package directions then drain pasta and return to pot.
- Add tomato bean mixture then serve.
