Spaghetti Casserole

- 3 1/2 cups cooked spaghetti shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1tablespoon butter or margerine shopping list
- 2 Lg egg whites, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1 8 ounce container fat-free cottage cheese shopping list
- 1lb bulk pork sausage or ground chuck shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped onion shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 (14.5ounce) can no-salt-added stewed tomatos shopping list
- 1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded mozerrella cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1.Preheat oven to 350
- 2.Combine Spaghetti, Parmesan cheese, butter, and egg whites in a bowl; toss well. Spoon into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti mixture; set aside.
- 3. Cook sausage and next 3 ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat until sausage is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain well.; return sausage mixture to skillet. Stir in stewed tomatoes and next three ingredients; cook over medium heat until thouroughly heated. Spoon over cottage cheese.
- 4. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with mozerrella cheese; bake an additional 5 minutes.
