AUTUMN PORK CHOPS This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Wilson Estate in Midlothian, Texas in 1994.

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles

Directions
  1. Heat oil in skillet then add pork chops and cook until browned.
  2. Add soup, apple juice, mustard, honey and pepper then bring to a boil.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done then serve with noodles.
