Baltimore Pineapple Pork Chops Recipe
BALTIMORE PINEAPPLE PORK CHOPS This is a recipe I obtained from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Corrigan Estate in Justin, Texas in 1992.

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 4 teaspoons Jamaican Jerk seasoning
  • 1/3 cup hot pepper jelly
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 4 slices fresh pineapple

Directions
  1. Coat chops with jerk seasoning and set aside for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile microwave jelly pineapple juice and ginger on high until melted.
  3. Grill pork over medium high heat for 5 minutes per side turning once.
  4. Baste frequently with glaze.
  5. During last 3 minutes of grilling place pineapple on the grill and baste with jelly mixture.
  6. Grill pineapple until heated through.
  7. Serve pork chops with pineapple.
