How to make it

  • Combine salt, pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg together.
  • Sprinkle pork chops with spice mixture and brown chops in oil.
  • When chops are brown turn down heat and add flour to oil and pan drippings to make gravy.
  • Top chops with sliced apples and add the apple cider until covered.
  • Simmer until tender about 1 hour.
