Lemon Pork Chops Dated 1963

- 4 pork loin or rib chops shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 4 teaspoons thin onion slices shopping list
- 4 teaspoons thin lemon slices shopping list
- 4 tablespoons packed brown sugar shopping list
- 4 tablespoons ketchup shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then sprinkle both sides of pork chops with salt.
- Place pork in ungreased shallow baking pan.
- Top each with onion slice, lemon slice, 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup.
- Cover and bake 30 minutes then uncover and bake 30 minutes longer spooning sauce onto pork.
