Marinated Mexican Pork Chops Dated 1974

- 2-1/4 cups chopped canned mild green chilies shopping list
- 3 cups vinegar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin shopping list
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salt shopping list
- 1 tablespoon crushed oregano shopping list
- 1 tablespoon crushed thyme shopping list
- 4 center cut bone in pork chops shopping list
How to make it
- Combine chilies, vinegar and spices and pour marinade into pan.
- Place chops in single layer in marinade turning once to coat both sides.
- Marinate in refrigerator overnight then drain off marinade.
- Grill on hot griddle until chops are brown tender and juicy approximately 4 minutes per side.
