Ingredients
  • 2-1/4 cups chopped canned mild green chilies
  • 3 cups vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon crushed oregano
  • 1 tablespoon crushed thyme
  • 4 center cut bone in pork chops

Directions
  1. Combine chilies, vinegar and spices and pour marinade into pan.
  2. Place chops in single layer in marinade turning once to coat both sides.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator overnight then drain off marinade.
  4. Grill on hot griddle until chops are brown tender and juicy approximately 4 minutes per side.
