Sesame Chicken Salad

- 1 small bag of baby spinach shopping list
- 1 small bag of mixed greens shopping list
- 1 package of snow peas shopping list
- 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced shopping list
- 2 boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 Cup bread crumbs shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons sesame seeds shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons rice wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 Cup sesame or olive oil shopping list
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated shopping list
- 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare chicken- Cut chicken into one inch slices and marinade in teriyaki sauce for a day.
- The easy part! Mix spinach, greens, snow peas, cucumbers (Or any other veggies you want) into a big bowl for serving.
- To make dressing, combine soy sauce, vinegar, oil and ginger. Squeeze in all or half of the lemon and start whisking it all together.
- To cook the chicken, add a few tablespoons of cooking oil to a skillet and combine the sesame seeds and bread crumbs in a bowl. Coat the slices of chicken in the bread crumbs and fry in the skillet until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add the chicken to the salad and serve the dressing on the side.
