How to make it

  • Trim ends from asparagus. In bowl,toss asparagus spears with cilantro ,mint,ginger,garlic,salt and pepper Let marinate 15 mins. to infuse flavors. In non-stickskillet over med heat,melt butter . Saute asparagus in butter 10 mins. turning occasionally so spears cook evenly and begin to brown.
  • Remove asparagus to serving platter and drizzle with lime juice. Check seasoning;add salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with lime wedges and ginger.
