How to make it

  • Beat eggs yokes and whites in a bowl (set aside) (optional) add dash of hotsauce to eggs)
  • Slice banana (length or across, it doesn't matter)
  • Heat butter in skillet and coat pan
  • When butter sizzles add beaten eggs
  • Salt and spice to taste
  • When eggs cooked well enough to flip... Flip
  • Put bananas and Cream Cheese on half of cooked eggs
  • Fold empty half over
  • Turn off heat and cover for five minutes
  • Turn onto plate
  • Spoonful of Sour Cream on Top of Omelet
  • (Dash of Salsa adds a depth to taste)
  • Serve with toast, jam and orange slices
  • Enjoy
