IMMEDIATELY BEAT EGGS WHITES STIFF.POUR HOT SYRUP SLOWLY OVER BEATING WHITES, BEATING CONSTANTLY AT HIGH SPEED ABOUT 5 MINUTES. ADD VANILLA AND BEAT UNTIL MIXTURE FORMS SOFT PEAKS AND BEGIN TO LOSE IT GLOSS. ADD NUTS (OPTIONAL) .DROP DIVINITY FROM TEASPOON . PUSH OFF WITH SECOND SPOON ONTO COOKIE SHEET. TWIRL TOP. IF DIVINITY BECOMES STIFF FOR TWIRLING , ADD FEW DROPS OF HOT WATER.
