I made this over the holidays and it was a big hit! It was so easy to make, filling and so yummy :)

Ingredients
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 3 4oz cans of broken shrimp rinsed and drained or 1 1/2 cups of fresh baby shrimp
  • 1 cup of seafood cocktail sauce
  • 2 cups of shredded mozza cheese
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 red or green pepper, chopped

Directions
  1. Combine cheese, sour cream and mayo
  2. spread in a 12" (30 cm) dish or a pie plate
  3. scatter shrimp over cheese
  4. layer seafood sauce
  5. then mozza cheese, green onions, tomato and red pepper
  6. cover until ready to serve :)
  7. great with crackers
