Ingredients

2 pie crust(I used chep frozen ones nobody new the dif.)

3lbs Granny Smith(peeld and sliced 1/4 in peices)

Directions

3/4 cup lemon juice(putlemon juicein a bowl to toss the apples in while waiting to be placed in th pie this wil keep them from turnning brown)

3/4 lb sugar

3/4 tbs cornstarch

1/tsp alt

1 1/8 tsp cinnamon

3/4 tsp nutmeg

1 oz butter

mix every thing except he butter.

place a layer of apples in the pie crust reserving one of the crust for the top.

then put a layer of sugar mixter and keep aternating apples then sugar till pie is full.then place op on pie.(I flattend the pie crust out then cut small shaps in thenplaced on top)

next brush some butteron top plce in oven coo for 50 min.let col and enjoy

(about 120 cal per oz

This is what mine looked like befori baked it(i,m not sure what happend to the one ofter it was cooked it might hafe gotteneaton)
