Easy meatloaf dish. Surprisingly great new texture to an old fashioned dish.

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs. hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • half can of cream of mushroom soup (10 oz. can)
  • 1/4 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup of diced onions (optional)
  • 1 Tbs. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbs. Season salt
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions
  1. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately one hour
  2. . Top with leftover cream of mushroom soup or with ketchup whichever you desire. Bake additional 30 minutes.
  3. Test center and let cool for ten to fifteen minutes and serve.
