Asparagus Salad

Refreshingly different sweet-and-sour flavor. Best if marinated at least 12 hours
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lbs asparagus, steamed shopping list
- 3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar shopping list
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar shopping list
- 3/4 cup salad oil shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives shopping list
- 3 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange asparagus on serving platter.
- Mix together all remaining ingredients except egg slices; pour over asparagus.
- Decorate platter with egg slices just before serving.
