- carrots shopping list
- onion shopping list
- broccoli shopping list
- parsnips shopping list
- cabbage shopping list
- seasonings of your choice- fresh or dried- like: shopping list
- tarragon shopping list
- parsely shopping list
- rosemary shopping list
- garlic shopping list
- olive oil or butter shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- cut veggies into large peices
- saute in olive oil or butter for 5-10minutes
- add 2 quarts water and seasonings of your choice
- bring to a boil reduce heat and simmer,uncovered, 30 minutes
- strain stock out of veggies
- use stock in any recipe calling for broth or stock
- use veggies to make healthy and quick smoothies by using 1/2 cup cooked veggies to 1 cup liquid of choice like:
- apple or pear juice
- carrot juice or
- beet juice
