Deep Fried Mexican fried ice cream is my fave mexican desserts. But why work break a sweat making them for 8 hours when you can make non fried and it's good just as the deep fried, only thing, it's not fried!!!

Ingredients
  • 2 Scoop of Vanilla Ice cream (or french Vanilla)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup honey bunches of oats, w/ Cinnamon Clusters
  • 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup

Directions
  1. Put ice cream scoops into a bowl, drizzle chocolate syrup over ice cream, and then sprinkle the clusters over ice cream and ENJOY!
  2. Now isn't that quick and simple?
