How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 200 F
  • Cut chicken into smaller pieces
  • salt and pepper chicken
  • Heat pan and add 3 Tbsp butter and olive oil to pan
  • Dredge chicken in flour and add to pan
  • Cook 2 to 3 minutes, then shift chicken around the pan w/o flipping it
  • Cook 3 to 4 more minutes
  • Flip chicken and cook 2 to 3 more minutes
  • Move chicken onto a plate and place plate in the oven (Just to keep it warm)
  • Add rest of butter to pan and add mushrooms and green onions
  • Saute for 5 minues or until mushrooms are nice and soft.
  • Remove mushrooms and add chicken broth
  • Reduce
  • Before serving add mushrooms and onions back into the pan
  • Remove chicken from oven and plate
  • Serve sauce over chicken and enjoy.
