Pepper Chicken With Simple Sauce Recipe
A great, easy recipe for when all you have is some chicken, a few green onions and a pound or two of mushrooms. All of these measurements are approximations so if you want to use more or less of anything, feel free.

Ingredients
  • 2 lb Chicken breasts (Boneless/Skinless)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • flour
  • 1 or 2 cans chicken broth
  • 1-2 lbs mushrooms
  • green onions
  • 5 Tbsp butter
  • 3 Tbsp olive oil

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 F
  2. Cut chicken into smaller pieces
  3. salt and pepper chicken
  4. Heat pan and add 3 Tbsp butter and olive oil to pan
  5. Dredge chicken in flour and add to pan
  6. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, then shift chicken around the pan w/o flipping it
  7. Cook 3 to 4 more minutes
  8. Flip chicken and cook 2 to 3 more minutes
  9. Move chicken onto a plate and place plate in the oven (Just to keep it warm)
  10. Add rest of butter to pan and add mushrooms and green onions
  11. Saute for 5 minues or until mushrooms are nice and soft.
  12. Remove mushrooms and add chicken broth
  13. Reduce
  14. Before serving add mushrooms and onions back into the pan
  15. Remove chicken from oven and plate
  16. Serve sauce over chicken and enjoy.
