Pepper Chicken With Simple Sauce

- 2 lb chicken breasts (Boneless/Skinless) shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- salt shopping list
- flour shopping list
- 1 or 2 cans chicken broth shopping list
- 1-2 lbs mushrooms shopping list
- green onions shopping list
- 5 Tbsp butter shopping list
- 3 Tbsp olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200 F
- Cut chicken into smaller pieces
- salt and pepper chicken
- Heat pan and add 3 Tbsp butter and olive oil to pan
- Dredge chicken in flour and add to pan
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes, then shift chicken around the pan w/o flipping it
- Cook 3 to 4 more minutes
- Flip chicken and cook 2 to 3 more minutes
- Move chicken onto a plate and place plate in the oven (Just to keep it warm)
- Add rest of butter to pan and add mushrooms and green onions
- Saute for 5 minues or until mushrooms are nice and soft.
- Remove mushrooms and add chicken broth
- Reduce
- Before serving add mushrooms and onions back into the pan
- Remove chicken from oven and plate
- Serve sauce over chicken and enjoy.
