How to make it

  • Soften knox gelatin in orange juice,set aside.
  • In pan ,melt chocolate,stirring constantly.
  • Mix milk,and egg yolks together,gradually at the milk mixture to the chocolate,stirring constantly.
  • Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes,stirring all the while.
  • Remove from heat,stir in the softened gelatin until completely mixed.
  • Stir in the orange liqueur.
  • Place in bowl,cover with plastic and refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken,stir from time to time,you may need to beat the mixture until smooth.
  • In bowl,beat the egg whites until foamy,gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  • Fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  • Fold the whipped cream.
  • Pour into serving dishes,refrigerate about 2 hours.
