Mandarin Mousse

- 1 Envelope Knox gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 Cup fresh orange juice,strain shopping list
- 6 (oz) Grated Semi-sweet chocolate shopping list
- 1/2 Cup light cream shopping list
- 2 Farm Fresh eggs,separated shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons orange liqueur shopping list
- 1/2 Cup sugar shopping list
- 1 Cup whipping cream,whipped shopping list
How to make it
- Soften knox gelatin in orange juice,set aside.
- In pan ,melt chocolate,stirring constantly.
- Mix milk,and egg yolks together,gradually at the milk mixture to the chocolate,stirring constantly.
- Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes,stirring all the while.
- Remove from heat,stir in the softened gelatin until completely mixed.
- Stir in the orange liqueur.
- Place in bowl,cover with plastic and refrigerate until mixture begins to thicken,stir from time to time,you may need to beat the mixture until smooth.
- In bowl,beat the egg whites until foamy,gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Fold egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
- Fold the whipped cream.
- Pour into serving dishes,refrigerate about 2 hours.
