This is a quick meal that tastes as if it were gourmet.! delicious!

Ingredients
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 onion Chopped
  • 1/2 of Each a Red & Green Pepper
  • 2 Cups Grated Cheese
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesean Cheese
  • 4 Tsp Italien Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper

Directions
  1. Gently slice Chicken brests through the middle NOT ENTIRELy but almost
  2. mix all ingredients and stuff into chicken
  3. cover with parm and some grated cheese
  4. bake in oven until chicken is no longer pink
