Loosely based on Dr Oetker's Spinaci Pizza... Yum!

Ingredients
  • 1 pizza base
  • Some olive oil for drizzling
  • 5 large spoons' worth of Betoli Sundried Tomatoes sauce (or other tomato sauce/pesto)
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 1 slice of Edam cheese (or some grated Edam)
  • 100g spinach leaves
  • garlic pepper
  • half a mozzarella (sliced)
  • Italian herbs

Directions
  1. Drizzle pizza base with olive oil.
  2. Cover base with sundried tomato sauce.
  3. Put the tomato slices on top.
  4. Cover with Edam cheese.
  5. Boil spinach leaves with some garlic pepper.
  6. Drain spinach and spread on the pizza.
  7. Cover with mozzarella slices.
  8. Sprinkle pizza with Italian herbs.
  9. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees C (or see pizza base instructions).
  10. Done!
